Get My Certificate

If you have completed your online theory, and paid, but have not received your certificate, this will usually mean we need something else from you. 

See the below to help you complete your course paperwork and receive your certificate.


  • ROVIDE ID: We will ask for 1 or more of the following. Drivers licence, passport, proof of age card, birth certificate, medicare card, Visa grant notice.
  • LLN: You will need to complete a Language, Literacy and Numerecy online test to determine your suitability for training.
  • REGISTER: Use your email and choose a password to access online courses
  • SELECT COURSE: Choose which AQT short course you'd like to do
  • COMPLETE THEORY: Follow the slide show, complete the questions and assessments as required
  • PAYMENT: Pay for your course online. There are multiple payment options.
  • PROOF OF PAYMENT: If you have paid via EFT / direct deposit, please provide proof of payment. Email this to with your name, course, student ID and proof of payment.
  • ENROLMENT: Complete the student Enrolment Form. Log into your profile. On the 'Courses' page, scroll to 'Completed Courses'. Click 'Enrol'.
  • GET USI: You are required to apply for and provide a Unique Student Identifier. Go to to apply. Provide this number on your Enrolment Form.
  • USI VERIFICATION: We need to verify your USI. Please allow 1 business day after completing the Enrolment Form.
  • PRACTICAL COMPLETION: White Card, RSA, Food Handling courses and First Aid all have a practical component. Ensure you have provided all required documentation. See below for details*. 
  • ASSESSMENT: Please allow 1 business day for assessment marking. Your certificate will then be processed and emailed to you.
  • WHITE CARD: White Cards students will be sent their physical White Cards the next business day after successful completion.

Food Handling courses: Submit Third Party Assessment document

RSA: Record voicemail assessment

First Aid: Attend face to face practical session
